Manage & create files for new jobs
Enter leads & AR collections
Keep track of material and labor costs & enter material invoices
Follow up with my bids to insurance company
2 years of administrative/office experience
Excellent time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
Pay range: $60-$75k
Schedule: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
