Job Description

Job Duties/Description:

  • Take & make calls - communicate with customers
  • Provide adminstrative support to the sales and and production team
  • Oversee company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn)
  • Manage & create files for new jobs
  • Enter leads & AR collections
  • Keep track of material and labor costs & enter material invoices
  • Follow up with my bids to insurance company
  • 2 years of administrative/office experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Additional Info:
  • Pay range:  $60-$75k
  • Schedule: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
  • Location: In-Office
  • Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
