Ultimate Staffing Services is a business line of Roth Staffing Companies L.P., one of the largest privately held staffing companies in the USA. The Customer Success Specialist is a small group that handles a lot of things for our company ranging from order entry to freight claims to credit requests and anything else the customers may need assistance with regarding their orders. 

Job Description:

  • Liaison between customer, sales, and operations and proactively serves as a critical point of contact for order management, service, and support, problem-solving and relevant project information for their internal and external customers
  • Provides a consistent, high-quality customer experience and models exceptional service in all they do to create lasting partnerships by putting customers first
  • Process and confirm orders and/or communicate what needs to be ordered, the day they are received
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identifies and responds to customer's needs in a timely and efficient manner
Required Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience working with business to consumer and business to business customers required
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with end customers required
  • An even keeled and professional demeanor
  • Commitment to strong values and integrity
  • Professional and friendly, including with challenging customers
  • Escalation and de-escalation experience
  • Excellent communication, multitasking ability, and organization
  • Must have availability to work 1130 AM to 8 PM two days per week
  • Able to work 8-hour shifts between 8AM and 8PM (set schedules are published one month in advance)
  • Be comfortable working with 10+ diverse accounts, take phone calls, enter orders (phone, email, etc.), perform price and availability checks, quote shipping speeds, arrange returns, and solve customer challenges
  • Be a team player willing to complete many different types of tasks
