Job Description

Working in a small office environment in our client's Distribution Center (one of many around the country and internationally) this position is responsible for working with customers and sales team.

Job Description:

  • Taking Orders and processing them using SAP
  • Purchasing supplies
  • Inventory management
  • Administrative support
  • Answering phones and acting as the VP of First Impressions over the phone
  • General office duties as needed
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a multi-task environment
  • Strong communication skills required

Must be computer and Microsoft Suite proficient with the ability to become advanced with on-going training.

***SAP experience preferred.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). Office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
