We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Corporate Receptionist to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and that all visitors and callers receive a warm and positive first impression of our company.

Job Description:
As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Maintain security by following company protocols and procedures for visitors and deliveries.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer service-oriented mindset.
