Our client a leading Automotive Manufacturing company is in search of their new Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain/Production Control Manager position outlined here is pivotal within the manufacturing environment, focusing on strategic leadership in cost management, production planning, and supply chain strategies. Responsibilities:

Operational Resource Optimization:

Implement cost reduction initiatives and inventory controls.

Capacity and Performance Analysis:

Conduct monthly analyses to align forecasts and schedules.

Production Planning:

Develop and execute production plans, monitoring inventory levels.

Total Cost Perspective:

Maintain a lean manufacturing mindset to optimize costs.

Parts and Materials Management:

Plan arrangements and inventory for parts and materials.

Procurement and Logistics:

Plan and execute delivery logistics for parts procurement.

Project Preparation:

Support preparation activities for new projects.

Strategy Development:

Create strategies to maximize lean resources and achieve company objectives.

Project Management:

Develop and maintain project management plans, reporting progress timely.

Team Support:

Foster a fair and productive work environment, supporting team members.

Self-Development:

Engage in HR development plans to enhance personal capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years in production planning, management, sales, or procurement.

Bonus Experience: New product launch, project management in manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, and cross-cultural environments.
