Responsibilities:
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Total office support: greet visitors, data entry, phone support, etc.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous administrative support in professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
