Job Description

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through clear and engaging email and phone interactions, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing quotes, and custom orders promptly and accurately.
  • Manage a substantial volume of incoming calls and cases efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met effectively.
