Office Manager

Location: Irvine, CA

Salary: Up to $75k

Type: Direct Hire

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join our growing Start-Up in Irvine, CA. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office and in drafting office management policies that align with local requirements. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Draft and implement office management policies based on local requirements
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintain and update office records and files
  • Liaise with building management and other vendors to ensure office maintenance and repairs
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual Mandarin Chinese Preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or Sr. Administrative Assistant role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to draft and implement policies and procedures
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
