We are looking for an HR Specialist with advance experience with payroll, editing time sheets, benefits, safety, employee relations and workers compensation.

As an HR Specialist and Ambassador on our team, you will play the most critical role by fulfilling our company's purpose and promise to our business customers. Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm

Work Location:

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay:

$24.00 - $34.00/hour; DOE

Responsibilities include:

• Review and support with timekeeping compliance and processing
• Creating/Updating spreadsheet reports for management review
• Employee relations, onboarding and new hire training
• Support team with benefits administration, compliance management and reporting
• Additional Human Resources supportive functions as needed

Requirements of the role include:

• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred; Associate's Degree at minimum required
• 3+ years of HR experience, must have experience with Employee Relations, LOA, and Payroll
• Construction, Manufacturing, and/or related professional industry is required!
• MUST have proficiency with MS Office Suite; Ceridian Dayforce is a plus!
