LEAVE OF ABSENCE (LOA) Administrator BILINGUALSpanish needed at a Global Supply Chain company in Fountain Valley, CA
$40/hr DOE
Hybrid role - 2 days/week in office - Long term contract
- Responsible for handling all LOA requests (A-Z) -Beginning to end for over 800+ employees
- Must understand ADA, PDL, PFL, FMLA, CFRA
- Heavy communication with employees and managers regarding Return to Work procedures
POSITION REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources
- Must have Bilingual Spanish skills -written & verbal
- MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint - intermediate proficiency
