Milling Machine Operators - Woburn, MA - 21.00 per hour

1st Shift - Monday thru Thursday - 4:30 AM to 3 PM 
TEMP TO HIRE  
21.00 per hour - eligible to earn a quarterly bonus after conversion to a full time employee

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Use ovens to heat powders (copper, aluminum or glass).
*Sift, package and label powders for other departments.
*Mix batch recipes for Milling operations.
*Mill mixed materials to produce finished sheet or brick material.
*Read work orders to determine productions specifications and information.
*Follow process documents and batch cards to ensure that products are made correctly.
*Sift, package, and label component materials.
*Weigh raw materials to ready batch for Milling.
*Use mixers to mix powders into milled material.
*Use small and big mills to mill mixed material until imperfections are out. Mill into sheets or blocks.
*Document for all Quality specifications.
*Produce samples for Quality testing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILLS:                       
*Must possess High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 
*Minimum two years of manufacturing experience
*Must be able to work in a fast-paced department and be able to multi-task
*Good communication skills; written and verbal.
*ITAR company - Must be authorized to work in the US
*Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
