Our client is a law firm that is well respected for professional ethics and integrity and they are looking to add a Legal Secretary to the team!
The successful applicant for this position will have experience in the areas of Elder Law and Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts) and will have the following skill set:
Preparation of estate planning and related documents (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, etc.)
Typing with accuracy and attention to detail, free from spelling errors and with excellent grammar
Pleasant demeanor in person, on phone and on line - comfortable with direct client contact
Able to independently prepare letters and documents
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Administrative support for law firm
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and to successfully multi-task
