Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telemarketer to join our client based in North Fort Worth, TX. This onsite position involves calling business owners and decision-makers nationwide to generate interest in promoting their company name on merchandise to be distributed at local community sporting events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers across the country.
• Introduce and explain the benefits of putting their company name on merchandise for local community sporting events.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Persuade potential clients to consider promotional merchandise options.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly.
• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday without taking days off during the first 90 days.

Compensation:

• Base pay plus commission.

Working Conditions:

• Onsite position in North Fort Worth, TX.
• Standard office hours, Monday to Friday.
