Position: Plant Manager

Location: On-site

Status: Direct Hire

Compensation: $80-100K depending on experience

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train production employees.
  • Organize, direct, and oversee the schedules and work of production employees.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other managers and supervisors to coordinate activities across departments.
  • Collect, evaluate, analyze, and assess production data.
  • Regularly inspect and evaluate products for quality and defects.
  • Identify and correct problems and inefficiencies in processes, materials, equipment, or skills.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices, including those related to safety and health.
  • Develop and implement procedures and strategies to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departmental managers to develop and execute the budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Thorough understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and other effective manufacturing and distribution techniques.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
