Job Description

We have multiple openings with a client based in the Eden Prairie/Chanhassen area that is looking to hire on Project Coordinator's. Previous administrative, customer service, and/or project coordination experience will be required.

Pay: $22/hr.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
Contract-to-hire

Project Coordinator

  • Provide overall administrative support to the project management team 
  • Monitor and report progress of each project to all stakeholders via email and phone
  • Responsible for end-to-end project coordination responsibilities including project documentations, project set up, and reporting
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Oversee budget and track expenses
  • Execute and manage the invoicing efforts for each project based on the scope of work
  • Handle all data entry and additional administrative tasks
  • Perform overall support functions and coordination for project managers
  • Set high standards that will align with the organization's goals
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of in-office experience (administrative/clerical) is ideal
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to work well in a team environment as well as individually
  • Background check required
