Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is continuously seeking experienced Project Managers to support our St Louis MO clients. The Project Manager should have direct experience planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to define project requirements, expectations, and progress.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to achieve project goals, including managing budgets and personnel.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress regularly.
• Problem-Solving: Address project issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate completed projects to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in [industry/sector].
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
