Job Description

Main Function: Document Imaging Specialists are responsible for preparing, scanning, reviewing/correcting images and validating archival record material to digital format using high-resolution industrial scanners. 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Properly handle and prepare working documents and/or archival materials.
Scan prepared documents using various hardware and software scanning solutions
Quality Control scanned documents utilizing various tools (software/hardware) and assessing for quality.
Perform document validation utilizing various tools (software/hardware)
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to work effectively without supervision and as a part of a team.
Ability to operate a computer and scanning hardware/software.
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software applications preferred.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
Keen attention to detail. 
Position Qualifications and Requirements:
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Attention to detail required.
Sound judgment to identify and report problems to supervisors and contribute to
resolving them.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and Word)
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Experience with scanning applications and document preparation a plus.
Preferred knowledge of Oil/Gas Land Documents (Leases, Division Orders, Title Opinions, Contracts, Well Documents, etc.)

Monday to Friday
100% in-office
8 hour shift (anytime between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm)
Background check required
Contract role - asap start through the end of the year
