Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced office admin in the city of Gardena to assist with College applications. This person should have knowledge of college enrollment documents, high school transcripts, financial aid forms and understanding of best practices of customer service. 


  • 1-2 years experience in office setting
  • Reviewing and auditing applications
  • Ensuring accurate transcript have been collected
  • Verifying each application for compliance
  • Detail Oriented
  • Reviewing FAFSA's
  • Will be entering and updating data into system
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment, team based work environment
  • Must demonstrate sound judgement, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability effectively manage multiple tasks/ projects and meet strict deadlines
