Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is looking to hire sales administrative coordinators immediately! Please apply ASAP as interviews are currently underway.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales managers throughout sales cycle
  • Respond to customers by phone, email, in person, or by mail regarding pricing, quotes, etc.
  • Maintain documentation regarding sales opportunities, interactions, estimates, order forecasts, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales administrative support experience
