Job Description
Main Goal
Develop and maintain all project schedules and schedule updates.

Responsibilities, Authorities, and Key Result Areas

  • Create and coordinate a detailed pre-bid schedule to provide an accurate project duration for estimating purposes.
  • Create and coordinate Baseline Schedules for each project.
  • Coordinate and update Monthly Progress Schedules with the Project Manager and Superintendent.
  • Prepare Time Extension Requests Fragnet analysis as required for EACH project.
  • Visit jobsite to review and document schedule progress as required.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Proficient interpreting requirements of scheduling specifications along with reviewing plans in the creation of schedules, updates and time impact analysis.
Reports to: Vice President, Field Operations
Compensation: $80- $110 K          


Minimum requirements
  • 5 years of experience in scheduling
  • Experience scheduling complete project schedules with acknowledge of the relationships of how construction activities are sequenced
