Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our client's team with a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, manage office activities, and provide general administrative support.

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • Fully on-site in Livermore, CA.
  • $19-21.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain contact lists and calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
