Training Manager

Ultimate Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Spanish Training Manager. We are looking for someone with a manufacturing background, job shop is a plus.This individual is responsible for assessing skills, performance, productivity, and overall talents of employees. Will provide training to all production employees pertaining to safety and specific jobs in a manufacturing environment.

  • Annual salary: $65,000.00
  • Work Schedule: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (4/10)
  • Background: Requires a background in manufacturing
  • Language: Must be Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Location: Ontario, CA

Training Manager Responsibilities:
  • Work with all managers in the development of training program and work
  • instructions
  • Assist in employee evaluation
  • Writing and implementing work instructions
  • Conduct orientation programs
  • Investigate and research new training supplies and materials
  • Identify training needs, manage training matrix, and develop training schedule to fit company needs
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate training
  • Evaluate the training Effectiveness
  • Develop Certification and re-certification process
  • Manage training records
Training Manager Qualifications:
  • Familiar with training methods
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to plan and manage time effectively
  • Strong Computer skills and ability to establish a solid database
  • Record keeping abilities
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with managers
  • Strong writing skills
  • Familiar with manufacturing general procedures
  • Must have proven work experience in human resources, teaching or management can supplement the requirement.
  • Track record of designing and executing program and industry experience a plus
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma minimum with some college or bachelor's degree.
  • Training certificates and experience in similar training position with years related experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common journals, and legal documents. Ability to
  • respond to internal employees all levels. Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish is required
  • Manufacturing background required, job shop preferred
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
