Property and Casualty Insurance company in Costa Mesa is adding a PART TIME Receptionist for a Temp-Hire opportunity. This is an in office role. The position will provide Reception and administrative support to different departments. Will be responsible for answering phones, interfacing with employees, and vendors, entering and processing mail,  invoices,  maintain purchase orders and preparing weekly reports. Must have a minimum of 2 years proven reception or administrative skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.

Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Must have MS Office experience

The hours for the first 3 months are Monday-Friday 10-2.  It will become full time in 3 months.
