Job Description

Ultimate Staffing now seeks to recruit a temporary employee, for a position of "COVID Vaccine Support Associate'.  This is a non-clinical position that will support operations in roles such as vaccine recipient registration, greeting and screening recipients, post vaccine observation, logistics, traffic control, set-up and take-down of pop up clinics, and other tasks as assigned. This is an ideal position for an individual seeking to help in a meaningful way during the COVID pandemic, and gain experience in a community health project.

  • Required Skills and Education
  • High School Graduate or 18+  years old and currently enrolled in high school
  • Basic data entry/computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and genuine desire to help people
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Ability to get to assigned site on time on a consistent basis.
COVID vaccine clinics may be at fixed or off-site locations and may require work out of doors in a sometimes hot, humid, or (cold)   rainy environment.  Must be capable of sustained effort of 4-5(8) hour shifts.
