Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is hiring a Customer Service rep in Fontana, CA. 
Monday - Friday 8-5pm 

Essential Job Duties/Functions:

  • Receiving incoming phone calls and directing to the proper department
  • Handling orders called/emailed into the office
  • Requesting price quotes and lead time to Customers and Vendors for parts
  • Entering all quotes, proposals and orders taken via phone or email into QuickBooks
  • Forwarding Sales leads from Cybermark or landing pages to correct Sales personal
  • Checking Customer Service order log daily, to ensure orders are shipping/ being invoiced in a timely matter.
  • Providing tracking to customers for all parts orders
  • Process any returns from customer or to vendors
  • Enter new customers into QuickBooks and Outlook
  • Entering PO's from Engineering
  • Ordering stock for warehouse
  • Send credit card authorization forms to customers paying by credit card.
  • Scanning and uploading PO's and Invoices to the server
  • Handle W-9 Set if customers need
  • Go over Open PO Report with AP Personal
  • Work with warehouse manager to complete monthly inventory counts and update spreadsheets
  • Complete Parts Invoicing

Job Requirements:

* Regular attendance that is punctual and dependable is required
* Assist in other corporate related duties as assigned by the Upper Management.
* Assist department team members as needed.??????
** Must be proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office 

Education and/or Experience:
  • High school diploma
  • 3 or more years' Customer Service experience.
