Admin Support Specialist
Our client, a legal firm, in New York, NY is looking to bring on a Customer Service/Sales Support specialist. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience within customer service.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Answer phones and assist customers with any needs
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge request
- Inform customers of any product availability
- Assist in resolving customer issues with orders
- Provide support to the outside/inside sales team to meet and exceed customers' expectations
- Advise on company information when necessary
This is Onsite Monday-Friday
Location: New York, NY
