Our client is looking for a well rounded Office Manager for their busy operation. This position will handle multiple duties including;
-Bookkeeping duties-Invoice management
-Office supply management
-Coordinating events and meetings
-Customer Service/Front desk duties
-Managing payroll hours in database
-Other duties as assigned
Must be very detailed and have great time management skills, be well versed in MS office and ADP and Quickbooks. Have great customer service and interpersonal skills.
