Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for Customer Service Representatives in Baltimore, Maryland! These are full time, in-person, Temp-to-Hire positions with hours of 10 am - 7 pm. If you are looking to further your call center experience with a stable company in Baltimore City, apply today!

Key Responsibilities
* Provide support for inbound callers and answer questions about their account
* Input information into company database
* Update information about accounts
* Maintain positive and professional demeanor while responding to customer questions and concerns
* Assist with other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
* At least 1 - 2 years of recent experience working in a customer service position in a call center with similar responsibilities
* Experience communicating effectively and resolving client issues
* Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

Compensation and Hours
* This is an hourly position paying $18-19/hr depending on experience
* The shift is 10 am - 7 pm
* This is an in-person, full time, temp-to-perm position in Baltimore
