Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20 to $25 per hour
Location: Onsite, San Diego
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Interface with existing clients, vendors, and other departments
Manage a high-volume of emails and calls
Process work orders with efficiency and accuracy
Keep clients informed of work order status
Provide clients with estimates and invoices
Schedule appointments
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Document customer interactions into database
Promote and maintain a high standard of customer service
Additional clerical duties as needed
Job Requirements:
3+ years of proven customer service and general office experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Immediate availability for a temporary assignment with a potential for temporary to hire
