Job Duties/Description:

  • Support the marketing lead in all aspects of campaign execution and analysis. Develop, maintain, and execute marketing work plans, including managing timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze ongoing marketing performance.
  • Adapt and execute changes in strategies and content based on performance results to reach program targets and optimize campaign performance.
  • Identify, negotiate, secure, and execute domestic and international marketing opportunities to meet program targets and maximize ROI. This includes researching and identifying new target audience segments and generating leads to expand program reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop program materials and marketing assets that support achieving program goals.
  • Ensure the accuracy of marketing materials, alignment with brand standards, and proper messaging for the target audience.
  • Provide final approval of marketing assets before their promotion.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing communications to strengthen the brand, drive attendance, and increase revenue growth.
  • Lead kickoff and milestone meetings for individual programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide marketing progress updates to internal stakeholders throughout the marketing plan's lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Expand knowledge of marketing trends and strategies through self-study and participation in educational opportunities. Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data to support successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of omni channel marketing experience: print collateral, PPC/digital campaigns, e-mail marketing, social media and more.
  • 3-5 years of experience in successful campaign execution.
  • Experience using Microsoft and marketing applications, such as Monday.com. .
  • Possess strong negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, written, verbal and listening.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable multi-tasking to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to work both as an individual contributor and team member.
  • Ability to work in-office (hybrid environment).

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $55-65K - depending on years of experience
  • Schedule: M-F 8:30a-5p
  • Location: Onsite for first 90 days then Hybrid (2-3x days in office)
