Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is hiring a temporary Customer Service Representative for a 6 week contract in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full-time role with hours of 8 to 5 and remote-work flexibility. This is an immediate position so apply today for consideration!

Key Responsibilities
* Provide support for inbound callers and answer questions, or route calls appropriately
* Input information into company database, log all calls and activities into the system
* Maintain positive and professional demeanor while responding to student questions and concerns
* Monitor voicemails and emails from off-hours requests

Qualifications
* At least 3 years of recent experience working in a customer service position with similar responsibilities
* Experience communicating effectively and resolving client issues
* Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

Compensation and Hours
* This is an hourly position paying about $20-22/hr with flexibility depending on experience
* The shift is 8 to 5 with a 1 hour lunch
* This is scheduled to last 6 weeks but could extend, there is an option for remote work if there is a quiet environment without interruption, and a strong wifi connection
