Job Summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an entry-level motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team onsite in Dover, NH. As an integral part of our client's company, you'll speak directly to potential clients over the phone to generate sales leads.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

SALARY: $18 -$21/hourly DOE

LOCATION: Dover, NH (on-site)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Proactively communicate with clients through using various platforms to generate sales leads.
• Schedule sales appointments
• Listen attentively to client inquiries and offer solutions based on the client's needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Update and maintain customer records in our system.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience within a customer service phone-based position is a plus.
• Active listening skills.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
