Industry leading restoration and construction company near the Boca Raton area is searching for an Operations and Logistics Manager. Responsibilities

· Responsible for day-to-day operations of 20 warehouses, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and timely deliveries.

· Oversee lifecycle of fleet (roughly 100 vehicles) including acquisition, maintenance, repairs, and disposal.

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.

· High volume equipment management including asset tracking systems, equipment utilization, and coordination of repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime

· Continuously identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency across all areas of logistics operations.

· Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery rates, fleet utilization, warehouse productivity, and cost metrics.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 10 years experience in operations and logistics management, with a proven track record of success in overseeing large-scale operations.

· Exceptional leadership and management skills

· Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

· Strong proficiency in logistics software, transportation management systems (TMS), and MS Office Suite

· In-depth understanding of DOT regulations and other relevant laws governing transportation and logistics.

· DOT Medical Card a Plus

· 5S Certification a Plus as well as 2 years in warehouse experience

· Valid driver's license - Up to 30% travel out of state may be required
