The client is looking for an administrative clerk to join their team assisting with administrative duties, that include supporting their leadership team with daily reports and filling. 

  • Greeting guest and answering phone
  • Assist with administrative duties, including reporting and logging projects
  • Familiar with basic accounting functions to enter data from invoices, sales receipts, purchase orders and projects
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to assist customer with orders, have excellent follow up through emails
  • Must have great communication, written and verbal
  • Enjoys working in a small group to take on additional responsibilities
