Job Description

Business to Business Customer Service/Inside Sales Support Rep needed  for a  national leading manufacturer  located in Fresno. 


  • Provide assistance to management, customers and sales team members as needed
  • Perform data entry duties in regard to customer orders, sales figures and other key data
  • Coordinate with production team to prepare orders and samples (ship, track, follow up)
  • Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and related issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients created by sales members
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field, or recent sales support/customer service experience
  • Proven work experience as an administrative support or relevant role
  • Experience with ERP software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management and sales practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to work with customers and team members
