Job Description

We are growing and looking to bring on an employee with order processing / customer support experience!

Job Duties:

• Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Manager to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Manage order processing and customer interaction, with a 75/25 ratio between order writing/processing and customer communication (phone/email).
• Work in tandem with various teams to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure a seamless customer order process.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2-5 years of B2B customer service / order entry experience ; manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years of experience in customer support.
• Preferred prior experience in order processing.
• Demonstrated exceptional time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Pay range: $20/hr-$24/hr , $43k-$50k annually
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, flexible!
