Job Description

Must be local to Denver, Colorado!

***This position is a 6-9 month contract. Training will be in person but then the position will go fully remote. There will be in-person meetings about twice a month.***

Must have 3-5 years of booking travel in a heavy domestic & international environment in an administrative or travel role.
Travel industry and/or meetings and events coordination experience preferred.
Experience using online booking tool, preferably Concur.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the firm.
Exceptional customer service skills with superior attention to detail. Able to think analytically, problem-solve and provide creative solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task is essential.
Ability to work within a team collaboratively, building positive and productive relationships across work groups as well as work independently, making good decisions is
Proficiency with MS Office, email, internet research and geography. Must be technically savvy.
