Job Description

Info:

• Pay range: $55K-$65K + semi annual bonus  of 5% each.

• Schedule: 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday - Friday

• Location: In office in Plymouth, MN
• Type: Direct hire with full benefits

Job Duties:

• Create new job order and schedules Technicians for each project based on set schedules
• Manage all set up, tracking, material ordering, partner management, warranty management, closeout and invoicing.
• Manage communicaiton with customers (business to business) via phone and email regarding project status
• Maintain shared daily dispatch calendar and shedule for service and warranty work orders
• Ensure all work areas have what is needed to fulfill the job on a daily basis
• Generate field quotes with the help of Service Project Managers
• Assist Project Managers by equipping field crew members with required data for daily job tasks
• Monitor and track the location and status of all projects and workers
• Manage project scope, budget and timelines to ensure customer satisfaction 
• Manage data and status update reporting (Oracle, Smartsheet, Sales Force & customer portals).

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of service coordinating experience (experience with invoicing, handling work orders, and 3rd party communication) - required
• Experience communicating with vendors and customers.
• Lighting, Electrical, and LED project management or technical knowledge is a plus (industrial, retail, etc.)
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - fluent with Excel and working with numbers; classes or certifications are a strong plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written/verbal communication.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
