Ultimate Staffing Services is a business line of Roth Staffing Companies L.P., one of the largest privately held staffing companies in the USA.  Our client is a nationwide Pharmacy Benefit Manager Servicing Healthcare Insurance plans and members around the United States.  We are currently hiring for Work from Home (Remote) Customer Service Representative.   This is a wonderful opportunity to work from home with a great company. This is a contract opportunity, expected to last through December 2022. 


Eligibility Specialist (Pharmacy/Healthcare Insurance) 

Pay:                                      $14.40 Per hour
Work location:                     Remote/Work from home 
Normal Work Schedule:      8:00am EST to 4:30pm EST (Monday - Friday)   
Term:                                     Through December 2022

Daily Responsibilities: 

• Receive inbound and make outbound calls to eligible members to communicate MTM information
•  Utilize process management system to record member specific information
• Assess beneficiary information to ensure appropriate level of intervention is scheduled with appropriate MTM clinician (Pharmacist or Nurse)
• Address and triage queries regarding MTM related Medicare Part D topics by transferring calls to MTM staff or other department help lines
• Receive inbound calls from beneficiaries to schedule MTM clinician interventions in a manner that meets the specialized needs of the targeted population and is Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliant
• Document MTM eligibility and program status in the applicable software systems (i.e. MSA Toolbox, RX Claim)
   

Must Haves:

• Proficiency in typing and Windows platforms required; experience with Excel, mail merging, etc. a plus
• Candidates should be comfortable interacting on the phone
• High speed internet: Minimum 10mbps upload, 20 mbps download
• Remote/home work space: Must be quiet, dedicated location
• High School Diploma or GED
