Job Description
We are looking for immediate entry-level Administrators for a position in the Seattle area!
Pay range- $18-$22/hour- Full time roles
Schedule: Monday- Friday
100% onsite
General Description:
The Administrative Assistant must display exceptional interpersonal skills, communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and accurately and efficiently conduct office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Office and essential computer work
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a plus but not a must if you are willing to learn and grow.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Skilled in Microsoft Office & Proficient in Excel
- Excellent data entry, typing, filing
