We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our premier client. As Customer Service Representative, you will have exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and work well on a team.
Receive incoming calls from pharmacies, members, and clients, providing the requested information or support by accessing system and benefit information.
Troubleshoot pharmacy claims submission and document calls.
Process requests for member or provider reimbursement.
Audit claims for new groups and troubleshoots claims processing issues by contacting pharmacies.
Escalate incoming customer service calls as necessary for resolution.
Enter administrative prior authorizations.
Follow up on open call tracking episodes until resolved.
Additional duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
Pharmacy Technician certification CPHT or PHT preferred
1 year minimum 2+ years preferred pharmacy experience
Prior Pharmacy Benefit Management or Retail Pharmacy experience preferred
Experience with multi-line phone system
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 5am to 8pm. Full-Time 40 hrs, 2 days off at the discretion of management.
