Job Title: Property Manager
Duration: Temp to hire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; weekends as needed

Targeted Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary: Seeking a highly experienced Property Manager in El Monte, CA. This is the highest-level property manager position, requiring a candidate who can work independently and effectively from day one. The role is temp-to-hire, with an opportunity for early conversion for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations.
• Manage leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and improvements.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.
• Utilize Yardi software for property management tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a property manager, preferably in a high-level role.
• Proficient in Yardi software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of local rental market and property management regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:

• This position will convert to an on-site manager role, including housing within the budget.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
