Leading Real Estate Investment organization in Irvine is adding an Office Services Coordinator. This role is temp-hire. We are looking for someone in the OC area who is open to working 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. This role is full time Monday-Friday.
Assists with human resources and administrative processes such as maintenance, equipment, and other events and projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Supports administrative functions and processes with assistance, back up, and coordination duties.
Additional responsibilities include receptionist duties, processing mail and invoices.
Monitors inventory and places orders for office equipment, supplies, or provisions.
This position assists with human resources activities such as onboarding, reference checks, interview coordination, applicant tracking, and other special ad-hoc projects.
Acts as liaison for IT to coordinate technology
Must have 3 plus years of recent office experience.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma
Preferred: College degree or some higher education
Software: Intermediate to advance- MS Office
