Property & Casualty Lead Trainer - Insurance Specialist

DIRECT-HIRE

San Diego, CA

Hybrid (2 days on-site)

$105k+

Qualifications

· College level education

· 10 years of insurance experience, with a minimum of 5 years as an Account Manager

· Current P&C License

· Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision (working on a computer) and the ability to adjust focus

· This role is also required to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 40 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

· As a member of the Operations team, the Lead Trainer is responsible for training new hires and existing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles

· This person will play a key role in maintaining and updating our processes and procedures and communicating changes to the team

· This role will also serve as a backup support to Account Managers during their absence or busy periods

· Oversee training of service team new hires, keeping training progress updated in Asana

· Develop and maintain SOPs and procedures manual to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures

· Serve as a resource and mentor to team members, providing guidance, and support to promote skill development and career growth

· Complete process audits for service employees

· Maintains a thorough understanding of all service related processes and procedures for: AMS360, Worldox, Asana, Indio, Adobe, Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Teams, Dialpad, LossRun Pro, TotalCSR, Carrier sites and systems

· Aid in the strategic growth and development of the company as a whole via system- and training-related project work

· Provide backup support to Account Managers during peak periods or absences, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

· Assist staff with organization and creation of company training programs by researching training needs, planning courses, organizing all materials, and conducting the actual classes

· Coordinate and conduct needs analyses in various forms; analyze information to help identify and define present and future training needs
