International vehicle design and manufacturer in Irvine is seeking a full time employee to be a part of their team.  This position is really unique as you will be the primary coordinator and administrator of over 100 vehicles that are administered to internal and external parties.

Location - Irvine, CA
Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Structure - Hybrid, 3 to 4 days in the office
Pay - $20-25/hr

The below is a summary of the core responsibilities:

  • Support administration of vehicle fleet, including monthly reports, vehicle loans, vehicle movements in our facility, new vehicle purchase, swap and disposal, prototype disposal  
  • Support procurement activities for the department (PR/PO creation, follow up for approval, communication with vendor, Invoice management, GR in the system and final PO closure)
  • Support financial reporting including monthly accrual report
  • Support team activities such as presentations, part shipment, vehicle evaluation
Skills required:
  • Good at working in a fast pace, team environment, with little supervision
  • Multitasking, self motivator
  • Ability to use Microsoft suite, specially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn new software systems
  • Active driver license
  • Experience working with vehicles a plus but not required
