Great Beverly Hills-based company is seeking a PART-TIME Office Manager to join their team!
Job Description:
Traditional phone receptionist responsibilities are included but it is not a "switchboard' environment. Some phones but not tied to the desk which will allow for more office administration
Dealing with mailings, packages, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Ordering office and other supplies
Dealing with common lunchroom items like coffee, drink, kombucha, cold brew, water machines
Vendor coordination: shredding, beverage, mail machine, etc.
Physical access control (badges)
Moves, adds, changes regarding office/workstation coordination
Maintaining a clean, organized, well-stocked, clutter-free, office
Receiving and managing internal employee requests
Coordinating engagement activities/events (daily snacks, get-togethers)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of administrative experience
Duration: direct hire/permament
Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday 9 AM - 3 PM (possibly longer depending on duties each day)
Pay: $27/hr
