Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CMM Metrology QC Technician with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the steel fabrication and machining industry to join our team located in Hudson, NH on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting high-precision product QC inspections using a CMM 3-D Metrology Scanning System, ensuring quality standards are met and maintained throughout the production process.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

SALARY: $101,000 - $105,000/annually

LOCATION: Hudson, NH (on-site) some travel is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Perform product QC inspections utilizing CMM 3-D Metrology Scanning System.
• Conduct metrology-grade QC measurements with precision and accuracy.
• Maintain comprehensive QC records and detailed scan reports.
• Operate on the shop production floor, ensuring equipment and processes meet quality standards.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Travel to project sites across the US and Canada as needed.
• Undertake additional duties to support overall project success.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector specializing in Metrology.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong technical, mechanical, and mathematical skills.
• Experience working in machine shops and steel metal fabrication environments.
• Proficiency in relevant computer software applications.
• Excellent multitasking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Hands-on experience with 3D-CMM devices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift and handle CMM equipment.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma, with technical school training in metrology preferred.
