Customer Service Specialist 

Hiring Immediately- Onsite near the 101 and Via De Ventura in Scottsdale - Up to $19 per hour DOE

Hours- Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM - Temp-to-Hire

We are looking for service-minded people to assist HOA residents with questions and issues via phone and email.  Daily duties include:

  • Quickly responding to inquiries
  • Resolving accounts receivable and collections issues
  • Acting as back up for reception, greeting visitors and operating the switchboard
  • General administrative duties: data entry, making copies, faxing, postage, and filing
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
  • Competent data entry skills
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets
