Job Description

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job include:

  • You will be responsible for evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews and assisting with the hiring paperwork
  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Organize candidates' data in internal databases
  • Track data regarding open and closed positions
  • Manage applicant's status throughout hiring process
  • BS degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field preferred but not required
  • 1+ Years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Sourcing Specialist, or Recruiting
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Familiarity with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases - Paycom is preferred!
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
Additional Info:
  • Pay range:  $17.00 - $26.00/hourly (DOE)
  • Schedule: 8am-5:00pm Monday - Friday - 100% Remote
