Job Description


  • Responsibilities include:
  • Process orders received via emails, faxes and website; 
  • Coordinating with Shipping Dept on orders;
  • Updating shipping/tracking information once available;
  • Process Return Authorization requests;
  • Handle incoming phone calls;
  • Email / Chat Responses;
  • General Office;
  • Putting sales packets together;
  • Back up for receptionist during lunch breaks
  • Bilingual Spanish a Plus
